Perfect location for concert at snai La Mura so will be back to stay for sure rather than drive home at 2am - comfortable and nice - outside is not but we were in the suburbs of Milan - but hotel was fine Small wellness centre - excellent

“awful place”
absolutely nothing. upon arrival to our check in we were given a room that had not been cleaned. dirty towels lying everywhere messy beds etc and the room stank of sweat. went to the lobby and the man gave us a different room on the same floor and the cleaner had just came out of it.. this room was also not up to standard and was stinking of sweat. my husband had to book a different hotel for us to stay. the bed was not comfortable and the pillows was shockingly flimsy. the man at reception didn't seem to care that we were canceling our stay with them. the travel to get into milan centre is about a hour also.

“Great experience, no worries.”
Super friendly and and efficient staff at reception, very attentive people at the restaurant (I had breakfast only). Very nice, fresh modern hotel with very spacious room. Clean good bathroom and shower. Breakfast was not included in my room rate but for the 10EUR it was very good. Location was great for me considering my business need, but obviously not when one plans to go to Milano centre.

Overall the hotel is very good I have no complaints at all, my suggestion is adding small mirrors in toilets and boost the restaurant service without serving ready meal especially in fall and winter time when is impossible to go out due to the weather conditions
