The place, the atmosphere are gorgeous. The chalet is located on a mountainside, in a peaceful spot with an extraordinary panorama. The lady who runs the guest house is extremely kind. The room we had was very comfortable, very clean and had been recently renovated.

“Wonderful stay at this stunning guesthouse”
We stayed here for one night after a long day hiking in the surrounding area. The guesthouse is beautiful, cosy, historic and with a cabin-esque vibe. The rooms are cosy, clean and comfortable with a lovely view out to the surrounding mountains/river. The dining room is spacious and nicely decorated, and also with panoramic views. There is also a super cute lounge area and a beautiful garden to relax in. The surrounding area is very beautiful and quiet. Both dinner and breakfast are very nice. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed chatting to, and getting to know, our host over dinner. This is really just a piece of Norwegian paradise. Highly recommended!

Due to weather issues we were super late. We arrived at 1:40am and a small cute message with all important information and the key was waiting for us. During the trip we weren't sure even if we would be able to reach the hotel at all but someone from the hotel was always in touch.

Me and my family have been here for 1 night, the host has been so kind that has cooked dinner for us even dough we were late. The room was cleaned and comfortable also with 2 little kids.

Ancient house and cozy rooms. Everything is weighty and tidy. The food is great, the views outside are spectacular. In addition, the owners have a cute dog named Pelle :)
