It's a very old and well preserved place. surrounded by beautiful nature. It's not luxury but it gives you full value for your money and great Experience in a special place .

“Beautiful monestry that has to do some upgrades..”

The monestry and location itself is a 10 out of 10. It is absolutely beautiful, the castle, the other buildings and park & pool area. There are two private parking options. The monestry is well located and by car close to Pienza, Montepulciano, Montefollonico etc. The restaurant Fondo is in the castle part of the monestry as well as the reception. The apartments and rooms are in the other buildings around the castle. Breakfast gets delivered every morning to the room in a charming wooden box. You can choose between savory, sweet and gluten free breakfast and at what time you want it to get delivered. The housekeeping brings every day new bottles of sparkling and still water to the room. The monestry itself is already worth the visit.

The apartment was spacious, clean, the jacuzzi was pleadent surprise. Restoran has quality food.

“Wonderful and relaxing!”

We loved our stay here! As a family of 4 with two young kids the pool area was perfect and we loved that we had our own designated pool side area with gazebo and sun loungers. The breakfast box deliveries in the morning were wonderful - fresh pastries, yoghurt and fruit - which we could eat in the privacy of our apartment or on our balcony. The staff were very helpful and gave us local restaurant recommendations. We were very sad to leave and will be back!

“Not the best”

Beautiful scenery but was easy to access rooms and no staff to help. Room did not have efficient air conditioning and was not as clean and comfortable as I would expect.

We only stayed for a short visit but it was the perfect quiet space to relax after visiting bf the coast of Positano. The food was delicious, the location was peaceful and had a beautiful pool to relax by.

Special experience to stay in a place with so much history. Very comfortable, high quality. Lady at reception was very helpful. Spot on with recommendations for a nearby restaurant. And the breakfast box was worth it. Loved that it was so close to Pienza and Val de Orcia.

The abbey is beautiful as well as the rooms, very rustic. Staff super helpful. Lovely breakfast although not with regional products which I thought would give an extra to the deal.

This property is just beautiful, a true Tuscan experience. Breakfast was just awesome, arriving in a little box delivered to our room. We actually wished we had more time at this property.

The stay at this place was incredible. We booked this accommodation for only one night, but immediately after checking in, we were delighted with this atmosphere in the 13th century castle and extended our stay for another night. Very beautiful area and incredible views. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really recommend everyone to stay here
