“Might be a scam”
I booked this property and received a confirmation code. Before making the reservation, I called the hotel to confirm that a late check-in would be possible, as I was driving from Germany (a 9–10 hour journey). They assured me it would be fine. However, since I was running late, I sent them a message to inform them of my expected arrival time, but I did not receive any response. When I reached the Italian border, the hotel suddenly declined my late check-in. I tried calling and messaging them multiple times, but there was absolutely no response. I then contacted Booking.com support and explained the situation. After about 30 minutes, I received an email stating that the hotel could no longer accommodate me from check-in to check-out due to the accommodation being closed (temporarily or permanently). Please do not book this hotel — this experience strongly suggests it may be a scam.

Great location with beautiful views. The apartment was large with an excellent balcony overlooking Lake Garda. Nice pool. Very friendly manager.
