“Appalling”
Nothing. I stayed there once by default and made the mistake of booking again far in advance because of the attractive price point and out of convenience (or so I thought). Never again. Everything went downhill from the moment my plans changed. Zero flexibility whatsoever, even if you are sick, which is frankly shocking.

Firstly, it is a hotel charging normal rates. I cannot understant they don't give any facility in the room. No electric kettle.. Not even a decent glass for water. It is a bare room..

Great location for CDG Aiiport and easy to get to and from. Hugo on reception was very helpful accommodating my last minute early check in request. He was friendly polite and helpful throughout. Ravi on reception on day 2 was very helpful with travel instructions for my destination in Paris centre. The room was clean and comfortable and very good for the price.

Really nice hotel in a great location, right next to a mall with a wide choice of restaurants and only 10 minutes from CDG airport. The staff were very professional, special thanks to Ravi, who provided excellent, 4-star-level service. Overall, it offers very good value for money.

Very good location, close to the airport. Taxi works 24/7 and platform taxi price to the hotel is very reasonable. Hotel is close to the shopping centre, just across the street, 5 minutes of walking. There are multiple good options for lunch or dinner. In the hotel lobby is a vending machine, with good options for snack and drinks.
