The hotel has warm and welcoming staff. I got a flat tyre and the receptionist found the nearest repair shop and guided me there. The hotel is in a central location, close to lots of excellent restaurants and shops. The room and the bathroom were clean. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a lot of choice.

“Clean with good sized rooms”
The hotel was clean and with good size rooms. It was quiet if you have one of the inner rooms. The outer rooms, the windows do not fit well so you get noise from the road. The staff were very helpful.

“10 minute walk from the bus station and set in the heart of town. Ideal location for exploring the coast and inland Chub”
Easy to find and a Beautiful old building; loved the staircase. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful lobby and friendly service. There was a locked keepsafe room for my items on checkout, and they happily arranged a taxi transfer to the airport. My room was spacious, clean and well-furnished.

“Comfortable and value for money, friendly staff”
The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Trelew and is excellent value for money. The rooms (the one I had) are basic, but clean and tidy. Breakfast had little choice but nice coffee and toast/ croissant. Recommended
