Fantastic property with amazing views. The family are so friendly and helpful. Lovely selection of homemade produce for breakfast, sitting on the terrace. Well equipped room and tastefully furnished. The family were very helpful with suggestions of where to visit, etc. Parking is not an issue and no extra charge for this. We stayed for 5 nights on our tour of Tuscany and it will remain the highlight of our trip. I will definitely be recommending it to friends.

Oh, I now have my favorite guest house in Tuscany. Everything was very friendly and kind, including my arrival with a police escort. Of course, the building is an attraction initself and what a view from the room window! Thank you also for the valuable advice, both about the concert and the journey ahead.

Our stay was amazing, Francesco and his family are very welcoming, we felt like we were guests of loving relatives! It is an old villa that has been lovingly renovated and furnished to a high standard. Our little daughter felt like a princess in the castle :) The house is on a hill, so there is a beautiful view in every direction. The rooms are super clean, very pleasant bathroom, breakfast is served very tastefully, in every little thing you feel a lot of love and taste! We have seen such high quality for the first time, although we travel quite a lot. Many thanks to Francesco and his family! We would love to come back!

“Unique historical house with great hosts.”
The host Francesco had perfect personal approach to the guests. He made us feel very welcome in their family house. The guest house is separate from the family house and has own entrance. The house is very historical place and the old furniture are mixed with modern facilities. The view from the room was unique. The excellent breakfast was homemade with focus on the details. Even the orange juice was made from oranges from their own garden. Francesco showed us the small family winery in the basement and the secret passage used in the WWII. You have a chance to buy their own wine and olive oil. We will visit the place again.

Loved the place. A cosy family-run place where the hosts make everything possible for guests to enjoy their stay. It is as far from larger global hotel chains as possible and this in only positive way. Francesco was actively communicating and helping out even before we arrived and that helped a lot. Location and view from it was amazing.
