“A perfect stay”

A beautiful boutique hotel situated on a quiet street in the pretty village of Trecastagni. It has now become our preferred stop off if we have a morning flight from Catania as it is just 35 minutes from the airport. With parking immediately outside the hotel it is a perfect find. We have stayed both in the standard and the superior rooms - the latter has more space and a balcony, and also access to a roof terrace and a kitchen. We ate in the hotel’s excellent restaurant - delicious food served by very proficient and friendly staff. Breakfast was also good - fresh cornetti, fruit and cakes with great coffee. The staff are exceptional with special mention to Iolanda who is a wonderful hostess. Until the next time…

A beautifully appointed hotel where we occupied the whole of the property- beautifully decorated and comfortable. All aspects well thought out and attached to the hotel was a 5 star restaurant. The hotel and the restaurant are a find - hidden gem. I would definitely star there again. Jolanda are host was super and accomdating to the needs of our group. A host that goes above and beyond. Thank you, much appreciated.

Everything was perfect, the lady that greeted us was fantastic and made us feel very welcome and relaxed, even came in early to make sure we got breakfast before our early flight. The hotel is lovely, felt very luxurious and clean.

Beautiful big room finished to a very high standard. Exceptionally well designed. Everything of very high quality. Great host. Great breakfast. The local town is quite quiet.

“Upmarket retreat in a pretty town close to Mt Etna”

The building, the room, the excellence of the facilities, the artworks, the books , the attention to detail in this place were wonderful. We were looked after very well by Iolanda: she recommended restaurants for dinner, organised taxis and recommended an excellent tour of Mt Etna and was always available to help. We also enjoyed the opportunity to use the communal area outside our room to prepare snacks. The Sicilian pool and the terrace were an added bonus. Breakfasts were excellent. Entry to the room and building by passcode was user friendly and efficient. The balcony was large and offered nice views.

A modern, stylish and comfortable boutique hotel. You are surrounded by natural wood, quality contemporary furniture and fittings, beautiful art. The place is spacious with lots of natural light and rooms are lovely. Our host Iolande looked after us very well and was in touch pre-arrival; guided us to the location; recommended restaurants and places to visit. She also upgraded us to a superior room which was outstanding and provided a lovely breakfast. The superior rooms had their own communal lounge and kitchen area giving much more space to relax. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. It is ideally located for visiting Etna and the surrounding villages, countryside and coast, very quiet, yet only 20km from Catania airport.
