“Amazing!!”
Love love love this place. We came all the way from Germany and had a really great stay. The rooms were big, had a fireplace and a cozy sitting area. What made the stay even better was the super kind lady at the front desk who explained everything at the hotel, offered us cookies and DVDs. Yes! The rooms have DVD players and the front desk has a HUGE variety of movies. It was like going back in time.. in a very positive way. Rooms were clean, bathroom was great and the location right at the beach stunning. We will be back!

“Windowless room.”
We were able to check in at three the lodge feel was nice. So was the coffee. Bed was comfortable.

Nice room. Very well-kept space. Beds were very comfortable, and the showers were decent. Nice kitchenette area too. They have a billiard table with free play and a coffee machine always available. Great view of the Grand Traverse Bay the hotel was situated on. There was a balcony with a couple chairs (more on this later). In the Main bedroom was a beautiful jetted tub; deep enough to stand in and be 3' under water.

The hotel was extremely nice. We will be returning the next time we need to travel to Traverse City. The staff was exceptional. The view was pretty nice too, in the summer it would be even better so we could use the beach.

“Amazing King Suite with full kitchen. Beautiful views of Grand Traverse Bay.”
The suite had a full kitchen stocked well with pots and pans. The salt shaker was out of salt, but the room service refilled it quickly when I called and asked them to. The front desk staff was friendly and informative about places to try the local wines. The room was lovely and clean, with beautiful views of Grand Traverse Bay. The price I found was great, even for it being "off-season".

Loved how spacious the penthouse was, accommodating the 5 of us. Very easy to book and an easy stay. When we arrived , Chris kindly greeted us and showed us the ropes. Then later with cookies and snacks.

“Great resort, high end, a little pricey based on the road noise, but will be back.”
Location on the lake with private beach, superb. Balcony superb. Accommodation on the higher end compared to other resorts in the area. Plenty of parking. Camp fire and hotel offers stuff for s'mores free of charge.

“Nice starting point.”
Bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have the private beach and the shared fire pit. We used the grill and they seem to have other ones conveniently located. The area was beautiful.
