When I initially booked, I thought it was a regular hotel, not an unstaffed multi-room airbnb style. There was a misunderstanding with booking, so I had to spend several minutes on the phone to straighten out the fact that I had already paid in full. The room was fine, mostly clean, three or four remotes with no instructions for the TV caused some frustration. No hooks or shelves in the bathroom, so nowhere to hang up or lay clothes while showering because the counter and sink were outside the bathroom area. Shower door leaked, so we had to mop up floor multiple times. None of those things are a big deal, just awkward and inconvenient. The listing made it look like we'd have amazing views out the two windows...not so much... View of the dumpster and parking lot. We had a crying baby next door, and there was a lot of road noise, so I got very little sleep. So, the hotel was fine, the decor was pleasant and clean and looked fairly new. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the shower head luxurious. There was a mini fridge and little coffee maker. We didn't use either, but it's good that they are there. Overall, our visit was fine, but I don't I know that I'd go out of my way to return unless it was all that was available.
