“Beautiful and crystal clean accomodation.”
I really appreciated the landlord´s help in my troubled situation caused to me by the rental company. It was not his duty to offer help, however he did it anyway. Even when I needed some recomendations regarding the shopping stores, travel destinations, or just how to switch on the washing machine :) - he was very kindly helping me. He waited for me with the keys the first day some 1-2 hrs extra which really saved me. Finally, what I found the most attractive besides the very cozy decorations was the glitter-clean state of the whole space. The friendly neighbours are the proof that this man values good relationships with people - and isn´t it the great win-win for anyone? I will gladly come back.

We did stay for 8 nights. Family with 2childs. Apartment is in dead end (street) , so perfect for parking and no worries, if childrens run out. No traffic. Neighbors sitting front of house, 2 ladies, whom are very nice. Position of property is perfect .Groccery behind conner. Pizza take away 1 street down. Sea 5 min climb down to beach. Restaurants at beach 3 min walk. We did rent for 1 night apartment close to Etna, but nothing to compare to this one. Perla is perfect equipped and perfect clean. As a base for trip is ideal. San Vito lo Capo, Trapanni takes a bit over hour. But worth the time. Owner is very nice and helpfull. Recommend with all my 10!

It is well situated close to a shop and a bakery. The owner is really nice who gave us fruits and was waiting for us with cold drink. The kitchen is fully well equipped. The beach is amazing and we got to know really nice and friendly, helpful people. We really enjoyed our stay and we would like to be back.

Very spacious and clean appartement. Antonio welcomed us during the night with fresh local mangos. Very close to bakery and minimarket.
