“Amazing views, super convenient for the beach...good value for money”

Good communication prior to arrival to arrange how to gain access (meeting the caretaker Nicasio. He didn't speak much English (but his English was better than our Italian - and we didn't speak much German - which was his other language)...however - he explained everything clearly enough and was very friendly. The cleaners were also great (as they helped with an issue we had with the window shutters) - we had been shown how to open them....but then we couldn't close them...(top tip - some of the shutters didn't have stoppers on them...so if you pulled them too far they rolled up too far and it was difficult to get them back down...once you realise - it's easy enough to avoid doing it again!). And Nicasio's wife also spoke very good English and was very friendly and hospitable when we met her. The property itself is in a fantastic location - and everyday we spent considerable time on the terrace - overlooking the beautiful beach and sea...parking was a real bonus - as the local area had small roads and in July would have been challenging...but with our own dedicated spot it was perfect. The bed we used was comfy and the air conditioning very effective - however only one of the two bedrooms had air con...(with another unit in the kitchen)...there was only the two of us so it was fine...but it might be a problem with a larger group. The facilities in the property were perfectly adequate for our needs - it might have been a bit more of a challenge for a larger party. The visit from the bakery each morning was a perfect start...and there was a good selection of very fresh bakery items - that we enjoyed each day.

The location is wonderfull, the beach is one of the best on the island, and its not crowdy.

“Excelent experience”

The house is very comfortable, well-kept, clean and right on the beach. The owner was always very attentive and the caretaker extremely kind and efficient.

The apartment with a sea view is amazing. The owner is helpful, and additionally, Nicasio and Sylvia are eager to assist with many issues and questions. A plus is the additional exit directly to the beach and the possibility of parking the car on the premises. We highly recommend this property.

“Great location for families”

The property is located few steps away from the beach. Our apartment unfortunately was not facing the beach and the outside sitting area was very small. Otherwise the apartment is confortable and well equipped. The housekeeper was great! He assisted us on every our need. Great thank to Nicasio!

The apartment met all our expectations. The location is perfect if you would like to have access to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped, pros for basic seasoning like salt. We were given some snacks and water as a welcome gift. We appreciated we had 2 beach umbrellas :) Greetings for Nicasio! Thank you again for your help. :)

“amazing view and beach, lovely hosts, peace and quiet”

Perfect location 30meters from the beach. It was quite exceptional that even though it was mid August, the beach was not crowded at all. Our kids loved to play with the little stream (not canal) that arrives into the sea just there. Also we loved the fact that the stream estuary moved day by day depending on the wind. The beach is lovely and sandy, with some parts covered by pebbles of all the colours of the rainbow. Rubish and debris are quite common, quite a contrast with the amazing scenery. Nicosio was a great help taking us here and there as we had no car. Keep in mind that without a car you cannot really buy grocery, there is no store in that part of the beach. There is a great pizzeria, but can be a bit boring to eat there every day after a while :) The apartment is quite well equipped, the view is amazing, and the host are really lovely.

“Stunning views, car needed”

The views are spectacular, there is a terrace on both sides of the accommodation, internal patio with basketball court and a rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the sunset. The house keeper Nicasio was super nice and very helpful and the owners as well. Vellero restaurant has amazing food and views.

Excellent view from the tarrace, located almost on the beach, great for families, Host is super nice and helpful. We will Come back for sure
