“Not good, average and overpriced.”

For the price, the breakfast was mean and cheap. We turned up and not all the items had been placed out, the detail is lacking. We ate at the hotel one night and the food was equally average for the outrageous price and meat was inedible (the cat enjoyed). The shower didn't drain and the pool was green so we were offered to move room, and in that room the water in the sinks was brown. They sent an engineer but it was never fixed and they gave us water bottles to wash our teeth/face. Four times staff walked in to our garden/house without announcing they were there which was disconcerting and unprofessional. At breakfast, one of the staff members sat on a table nearby on a call on his laptop, very unprofessional disturbing the ambience. The swimming pool was fixed in the end and the room itself was nice. Bed comfortable. The staff were friendly but could benefit from some better training. In conclusion, I would go elsewhere and would not return or recommend.

Arrived to find guest’s dog swimming in the pool!! Totally unacceptable, never went in the pool after that. Then later a member of staff had their dog in the only restaurant off the lead and barking at my wife, again unacceptable. Booking should say dogs allowed at Hotel or something. Would never have booked if knew dogs were allowed. Never seen a dog in a hotel pool in my life..Also Booking should update the room size in description, as it says 290m2 when that is clearly the whole site including garden not size of villa.
