Viva Trakai is situated at the shore of Lake Galve, 1 km from the 14th century Trakai Castle, of which some rooms feature view, have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The rooms boast classical interior design complemented with individual vintage elements. Each comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, tea and coffee making facilities, and a private bathroom. Guests are welcome to relax in the on-site sauna. There is also a playground for children and boat rental. The on-site restaurant serves a variety of European dishes, as well as a selection of beverages. The restaurant is no as they say. And they only accept cash, we don't know the reason why. The shower was not going well until they send someone to repair it because there was not hot water. If you run a hotel, you should take care oh these things. The owner was not attending customers but smoking at her "table outside". The place is very nice, the rooms look very romantic", but it is a shame that they don't want treat with love their customers.

“WONDERFUL LOCATION, POOR MEALS”
Very nice and clean room with a wonderful view towards Trakai castle (we stayed on the 1st floor). However, mattresses need to be replaced. Outstanding location by the lake and not far from the village. Very nice environment.

Amazing location, you can see the castle from the room. There was a bit of smokey smell from the sauna, but it was not too bad. Breakfast was excellent, it's at 10 am, but it's worth the wait.
