“A slice of Greek paradise”

The villa is absolutely beautiful! The pool is lovely and the interior of the villa is so well designed. The view from the terrace is amazing - you can see the sea and Kefalonia in the distance. Everywhere was spotless with the hosts cleaning every three days. Location is excellent - plenty of shops and some lovely Greek tavernas to choose from for food. The host is absolutely lovely and couldn’t have done more to make the stay comfortable. We definitely want to return!

“Beautiful villa with amazing view”

We came back after 4 years, and the villa still looks brand new! We love everything about this house, and the owners are super friendly. It has everything you need, and then some. We stayed 10 days as a family of 4. The swimming pool is a great bonus. We do recommend to have a car to get around, and do take a tour to the blue caves, it was fantastic and beautiful. If you can swing it, a private tour is better than the group tours. We went with https://blueescapetrips.com/ (ask for Nick as captain and send regards from his greek/norwegian friends 😊). He made it so much fun for our theill seeking boys!! You will not regret booking this villa - we hope to be back someday ❤️

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Akea Villa! From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly welcoming and open. The villa itself exceeded all our expectations — the conditions were outstanding, with an exceptional level of comfort and attention to detail rarely found even in top-rated accommodations. Every little thing was thoughtfully prepared: from cooking essentials like oil and salt in the kitchen, to beach towels, laundry detergent, toiletries, candles and countless other touches that made our stay effortless and enjoyable. It's clear that everything was arranged with care, not just for practicality but to ensure guests feel truly cared for. This place sets a new standard for what a vacation rental should be — it is simply perfect for anyone looking for a well-equipped and beautifully maintained getaway. There is a beach, cool restaurants and shops nearby. Very close to Zante as well. Highly recommend!

“Idyllic stay”

Fabulous villa, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. Everything you need was within5 minutes walk. Local beach , great greek restaurants , bus stop, shop., tour bookings. All of this was a nice to have but even without it the villa was just a stand out. Great hosts, had thought of everything in the villa. Loved it so much , can’t wait to go back next year

A really spacious lovely property, that had everything you needed! The villa was located in a lovely little town that was close to a number of local restaurants and a nice beach. The owner was so helpful and couldn’t have done more to make our stay comfortable.

The pool was lovely, and the owner has thought of everything you will need within the villa including excellent kitchen items, pans, toaster, microwave, full cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine. The rooms all had good air conditioning. The villa is furnished to a really high quality and the owner left a lovely welcome package with lots of wine, biscuits, olive oil and condiments. The beds and sofas are very comfortable. The location is great, with 3 shops within a 2 minute walk, 5 minute walk from a lovely safe beach and several very good seafront tavernas. The owner was very helpful and friendly and very accommodating for our requests. What a lovely place!
