It is a nice place with a character in the centre. The guardian Abdullah was very attentive. The private parking is in the front of another hotel but it worked well. And the pool is a nice perk.

This place felt like our comfortable oasis where we could cool off and relax between exploring the desert. It’s comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, the pool is lovely, and the owner very kind. Also very close to the bus and train stations.

We had an excellent stay at DAR El Sultan Hotel in Tozeur! The hotel is charming and warmly decorated with antiquities and nice finishing touches. We were welcomed by a very friendly manager, Rano and he did his utmost to accommodate us during our stay. The breakfast was well taken care of and the overall service was excellent. The location was also perfect, right in the middle of town! If you are looking for a charming, traditional and comfortable hotel, we can absolutely recommend this place! Thank you Rano & Team!

Very little effort has been put into this property, whether in terms of providing toiletries or making the decor appealing. Even the breakfast seems to use cheap ingredients. We left after one night to stay in another hotel and would recommend the other options in Tozeur. This is certainly not worth the money it costs.

beautiful house , like a museum, very good pool inside and everything you need, after busy day you can rest very comfortable. Good location, near medina, near supermarket, but very quiet and private. And very friendly owner 😊
