“Nice apartment for a few days exploring the area”

The apartment was well located, a short walk to the medina, the amenities were good, and the decoration was nice. The host was readily available and the comunication was efficent. We had one minor issue at the apartment which was promptly managed by the host. Thre is a nice restaurant just a few meters from the apartment. Recommended.

Our flight from Tunis was delayed in 8 hours so we arrived in Tozeur at midnight. Ines and her husband, the owners, offered to pick us up at the airport in Tozeur, which was sooo kind! The next day on our way back from the 4x4 excursion in Tozeur, we got information that our flight back to Tunis was completely cancelled.. So we reached out to Ines again and she immediately provided us with the information about the night bus that goes back to Tunis that literally saved our whole itinerary! She also gave us some really nice recommendations on where we could spend our time in Tozeur before the departure of the night bus at 23.00. We really couldn't thank Ines and her husband enough for all the help that we got during this short stay, the hospitality was totally beyond our expectation! The room itself was also super cozy and spacious. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Dar Chahla will for sure hold a special place in our heart <3

“It was like a dream”

This was the best accommodation I have ever experienced. The owners were absolutely amazing and went far beyond what you would normally expect. They took great care of us and helped us with everything we needed. The house itself was spacious, very clean, and had a peaceful garden where we could relax. It really added to the overall comfort of the stay. One of the owners even drove us to an ATM with his own car without any hesitation. They also allowed us to park our motorcycles safely inside the entrance, away from the street, and helped us with our luggage. I have honestly never experienced this level of service before. On top of that, the owner came at 9 PM to help us resolve a small issue at a restaurant in the city where people didn’t speak English. That level of dedication is truly exceptional. We felt completely at home during our stay. This was a truly outstanding experience and I highly recommend it.

“Very nice stay in a private house fully equipped”

The host was very nice, met us near the car and explained everything about the house. We had everything we needed! The house is big enough to host a family. We have a private house, totally secluded, 2 bedrooms and a wonderful patio. The house itself in on the street, however we heard no noise at all. We had perfect sleep. We had full kitchen with everything needed to cook a nice breakfast and have a coffee in the patio under the palm tree) Carrefour was just 5-7 minutes walk. And a very nice restaurant also not more than 10 minutes from the house. The house was very calm and quite.

The owner Ines was extremely lovely and helpful and patiently answered all of our questions. The appartement was cozy, had a very interesting style and a nice little backyard, where you could sit in the evening. The building itself was well located, directly next to a tiny grocery store and had couple restaurants and other facilities (car rent, clothes and coffee shop, etc), as well as the Touzer medina, in a walking distance of up to 15 minutes. We would personally recommend trying a small mlewi stand by primary school nearby. All in all we had a short but memorable stay and would definitely return again! :) We can only recommend it.

I loved this place. Clean and very quiet because the rooms are a distance from the main street.

This was a lovely Dar in a great central location. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything we needed for our stay.

The host came to meet us at airport and didn´t mind our flight was late for some hours. The host was really hospitable, answered very quickly all our messages, gave recommendations where to go and what to see. In the evening sitting in the garden under palms and reading was wonderful!

The interior is simple, confortable, ornemented with taste and authenticity. The location is also great, near everything there is to see or visit in Tozeur while still offering calm. Super host! Helpful, and had very good knowledge about restorants, to-do etc. It is a simple stay, has all you need, plus a nice private garden. All in a very good location.

“Nice apartment”

Great location near the oasis and places to eat out locally, lovely yard to sit in in the evening. Very friendly host. Comfortable furniture and quite a smart looking apartment. Good value option in Tozeur. Parking on the street by the door.
