Staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food was fantastic and they worked hard to accommodate some food allergies and sensitivities. It was a very quiet and peaceful place.

“Great stay at this traditional ryokan in Kinosakionsen.”
This is a great, traditional ryokan in Kinosakionsen. It’s right across from the ropeway and within easy walking distance to all the onsens. The staff were kind and helpful and the evening dinners were incredible. We really enjoyed staying here. Would recommend if you’re looking for a traditional, no frills ryokan experience.

A Charming Ryokan with Japanese Style Rooms. If you want the authenthic Onsen Experience you can't go wrong. The food was incredible. The Staff was very eager to help, even with communication difficulty. The Ryokan is right next to 2 Onsen, and only 10min walk from the other Kinosaki Onsen. There is a shuttle from the Trainstation to the Ryokan as well so getting there is easy.

The staff were lovely, especially the smiley young lady who was so kind and showed me how to wear my yukata properly! The food was exceptional and there was certainly plenty of it. The private baths and the room were very clean. Good air conditioning.

Great location. Directly opposite hiking and cable car trail. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was very nice and we were not rushed.
