Decent sized room. Good location near the Station for Kinosaki Onsen. The lovely lady on reception who insisted on putting our bags in our room pre check in. Feel a bit guilty as one was slightly heavy but she insisted on doing it. There was also a bit of a nice suprise booking in but I won't spoil it!

Very convenient location a few minutes from the JR and Kyotango line stations, friendly staff, welcome gift, close to shopping, convenience stores and cafes. Excellent water pressure.

Spacious, delicious breakfast set, complimentary drink/snack per day, within walking distance to the station, Starbucks, Tsutaya and two neighbourhood shopping centers.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant and comfortable visit. The hotel was spotlessly clean, cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood – a perfect starting point for exploring. Truly wonderful, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Their dedication to making every guest feel at home and cared for is truly remarkable. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying in this hotel – it was a 5-star experience in every way!

“The hotel is clean, situated close to the train station and there are lots of amenities nearby.”

When I booked the rooms I accidentally booked a smoking room. The staff noticed the discrepancy and changed my reservation to a non-smoking room. I appreciated their attention to detail and how smoothly they were able to reassign my room.

Very helpful staff who looked after our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Room was small but comfortable and soundproof. Good value Japanese breakfast.

“A gem in Toyo-Oka!”

Service was absolutely lovely. Was greeted with a friendly man at the desk (who might have been the owner) and whilst he didn’t speak much English and I couldn't speak much Japanese, was able to explain the check in rules, Breakfast, checkout, and if I needed additional amenities. I was also given two drinks upon arrival of my choice for free which I really appreciated. The room was great, clean, had everything I need, and accessible by elevator. Breakfast was really nice, it was like a traditional Ryokan style breakfast that is pre-prepared for you with multiple plates and rice and miso soup. The ladies serving this were absolutely wonderful, and showed me how to eat the dishes I wasn't sure of, and were understanding when I used my translator app to explain I couldn't eat tofu due to an intolerance to soya, and they even helped me with my Japanese when I was trying to properly thank them. Location is great, a short stroll from the local station which you can get a train to Kinosaki, as well as to Osaka or to Amanohashidate which I went to upon check out. There is also a mall with a supermarket and shops by the station. Lovely area, and lovely hotel, would definitely stay here should I return to Toyo-Oka!

Convenient location on my way back from Kinosaki onsen, really close to the train station, with a nice supermarket close by. Ideal if you have to take an early morning train. Breakfast (from 6am) and welcome drink are offered. Big parking area in case you are coming by car, with cars visible from your room window Quiet hotel, functional and clean.

For our first trip to Japan we loved the clean quiet location of the hotel and the staff were amazing in helping us navigate the new surroundings. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was huge and set me up for the day.
