Service was excellent! The staff was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure the stay was a pleasant one!

A really nice place, a big plus for super attentive staff. Wonderful room, nice private onsen, tasty food, yukata, sandals and a free public onsen entry ticket included.

I'm vegetarian and by telling them in advance they cooked vegetarian meals for me. The people who work there are so kind <3 There's a lounge with free drinks where you can relax

We like the gardens and baths in the property. There is a sense of calmness and relaxation around that helps you feel comfortable and present.

Absolutely amazing accommodation. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel very special. I had the most amazing garden view and the accommodations own onsen made me relax from the get go. I couldn't recommend it enough for others looking for a relaxed and special stay. The staff made sure ALL my needs were met - offering to taxi me to places, getting my shoes ready and having everything prepared. It really was a special stay

“Excellent Choice”

Everything is lovely about this accommodation. Reception is very foreigner friendly and the rooms are beautiful and peaceful. I like the location, and the lounge and onsite bathing facilities are very comfortable and nice. Easy to check in and check out. It is my third stay here and highly recommend this place and Kinosaki Onsen.

“Beautiful ryokan with impeccable service and amazing food”

We had the most amazing time at Tokiwa Bekkan. Large Japanese style rooms with a beautiful view into the gardens. The food was out of this world, the service was impeccable. We felt very welcome. Manaha took wonderful care of us and even wrote the menu by hand, translated for us into English. 🙂

Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Onsen was really great and the room was comfortable. I really enjoyed the garden view from the room. Staff members were incredible and I hope to come back again.

“A charming and traditional ryokan in a beautiful town”

This was my first time staying at a proper ryokan. The staff was extremely courteous and welcoming, offering to drive me to my destination every time I left. The ryokan was charming with its winding corridors and garden views. The onsen was small but appeared to be recently renovated. Free onsen pass to the public baths in the town was included in the price. Overall, the ryokan experience was worth it. My only regret is not having had a dinner there.

Loved the wonderful staff, they were so attentive and friendly. The bar was a nice place to relax and I appreciated the complementary drink after an evening out. The shuttle bus service to the station and luggage storage were really useful. Garden was beautiful

The staff! They really do everything to make your stay perfect. The Japanese breakfast was delicious.
