Overview
Located 450 metres from Kinosaki Onsen Train Station, Sinonomesou features hot-spring baths, karaoke and traditional meals. The Japanese rooms have futon beds, tatami (woven straw) floors and a flat-screen TV. The air-conditioned rooms at Sinonomesou Ryokan have a green-tea maker and a fridge with minibar. An en suite toilet is provided, and bathrooms are shared. Kinosaki Ropeway is 900 metres from the ryokan. Zenbu Cave is a 15-minute drive, and Kinosaki Marine World is 4 km away. On-site parking is free. A hot-spring bath can be reserved for private use, for a fee. To further unwind, guests can get a massage or walk through the garden. The lobby has free Wi-Fi. Breakfast and dinner feature Japanese cuisine using vegetables from the hotel’s own organic farm.

The room was very spacious we even had a separate bedroom that we only used for our luggage because we preferred sleeping on foutons in the tatami room. The service was super nice and the food included was a whole experience in itself.

“Highly recommend”
A great location right in the centre of the village. The onsen pass was provided for the entire duration of our stay and covered all 7 Onsens. Yakata was provided in our rooms (you can go to reception & ask for different colours aswell) and geta are waiting at reception for you to explore town. They make up your bed and take it down the next day whilst you are out.

The location is really good, and the room was a decent size. We received free entrance to the onsens as a result of booking this ryokan, as well as kimonos and yukatas to wear throughout our stay.

“True relaxation in Kinosaki”
It was our first ryokan stay and we were really blown away by how cool it was. Our room was spacious and has its own personal tub, foot warming area under the table and really comfortable sleeping mats. It was right near 2 of the main onsens and the Main Street. Parking was free for our rental car too!
