The hotel is very old, but that wouldn’t be a problem if it were clean. The parking area is spacious and free of charge. However, the staff assigned our rooms very far away, and there was no luggage assistance at all even though our family had 9 people and 9 suitcases. We had to carry all the luggage ourselves. At first, the staff expected us to walk to the rooms on our own, but we told them the rooms were far away in another building and we had no idea how to get there through all the connecting walkways. We insisted that they guide us. On the way to the room, we had to walk through several old and dirty buildings and connecting corridors. It did not feel suitable for a resort hotel at all. The only good thing was that the room itself was spacious. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms. One of the rooms was a Japanese-style tatami room, but there was no futon setup service.

Good breakfast with crab miso , and built in onsen which is free for hotel guests ! Very peaceful hotel/ plus they provide yukatas, wooden slipers and special bags for you to fully enjoy onsen !

The hotel is situated in a stunning location surrounded by nature, outside the town of Kinosaki Onsen. The room was extremely spacious with separate tatami room, large bathroom with bathtub, kitchen and very large comfortable beds. The hotel overall is a bit dated, the outdoor swimming pool was empty, but they have an onsen/bath for guests open till late in the lower ground floor.

Whole apartment to yourself with tatami mats and table, tv with Netflix etc and super comfy beds. Free bus to town in the morning (9am or 10am only). Good option to save money. Room had balcony. Very clean.
