“Chill out in Kinosaki Onsen”
Short stroll to start of canal and wander through town. Didn’t take shuttle either way. Did 5 of 6 open public Onsen - plus hotel Onsen (beer and ice creams bonus). Buffet breakfast and dinner had everything you’d want. Changeable Yukata’s, river view and great hotel amenities. Whether u stay here or elsewhere - definitely spend a couple of days in Kinosaki Onsen.

“Lovely Kinosaki Onsen stay - I hope to go back!”
- Large rooms, with large and comfy beds, a good size table, charger ports near the bed, lovely river view. - Buffet had a great variety of options, and they were pretty flexible with the time slot system (had to pick between two time slots for breakfast and dinner when checked in, but could go a little early without issues). Buffet is the same everyday for people staying more than one night, but plenty of options so wasn't an issue for me - Bathroom was fine; because I used the onsens everyday I didn't use the shower at all - lounge with free drinks and icy poles, and a fire in the evening, was a great place to relax after using the onsens in the hotel - the onsen side with an outdoor onsen under open sky was absolutely lovely! The other side from memory only had two small tubs outside which were always occupied - creams, combs etc available at the hotel onsens were a great addition. Would be awesome to have body cream in the hotel rooms as well - yukatas rental, incl shoes and basket, included in the price (as is the onsen town pass) - no issue storing luggage before and after check in/out

“The perfect graduation trip”
The services provided by the property were absolutely fantastic. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The bath passes allow for easy access to all onsen access and are included in the price. Yukata rental, food, drinks, karaoke are all included in the price of the stay. The food is also very yummy and a unique Japanese buffet (recommend the maple chicken and fisherman’s soup)! For our small group, it was the perfect escape from the city and a heading off point for all of North Hyogo.

“A little further away from the onsens but well worth a visit”
The staff member that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The suite I had was large and very comfortable with a great view of the river. I found it to be short walk to and from the facility to the onsen district but there is shuttle services that you can use if you don't want to walk. While I normally stay in ryokan that come with a kaiseki meal, I didn't feel that I missed anything with the buffet meal on offer. Everything was very tasty and there was a lot of variety on offer.

“Amazing place to stay in Kinosaki”
Amazing. Can only recommend. Very comfortable and clean. All the facilities were great and well maintained. Food was too tier. Can only recommend!

“Lovely stay in Kinosakionsen.”
Room was spacious and cozy. Half boarded was worth it, as their food provided was a lot of choices, well prepared and delicious. There were both inside and outdoor onsens. Transfer bus provided to take you to enjoy famous in-town onsens (¥90)with free pass to enter those onsens and also give you a free ride to the station which is 5 min away drive.

“A place worth comming back.”
The hotel is located in the legendary city of 7 public onsens. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to and from these onsens. The admissions are free for hotel guests (they will give you the pass for that). However, the best onsen is not one of the 7 but the one in the hotel itself. The room is spacious with en suite bath and toilet. Breakfast and dinner are buffet and fun to eat. Don't expect anything fancy but overall quality is very good.
