“Beautiful old ryokan in a fantastic location with the best staff.”

Very charming old building, my room was the perfect mix of modern and traditional. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Amazing ryokan experience in a beautiful location.

The staff was really helpful and cheerful. They helped with the luggage and explained how to wear a yukata. The room had everything we needed and the private onsen was a delight.

This ryokan was our first overnight stop as we landed at Osaka airport, and Im so happy it was. The place is really charming, easy to reach from the train station, and well-located in the main street where all other onsen establishments are located, making it easy to enjoy an all-onsen evening. The traditional Japanese room (ryokan) was comfy, had everything needed, along with a nice tea service. A small but cosy onsen downstairs much helped in the morning before departure. Staff was always attentive, offering high level of hospitality and great advice. I only wish I had more time to enjoy their food offer.

Near to the station. Once arrived, service staff at station asks about your lodging and assigns a minibus to you, free of charge.

Located within walking distance to the train station and all the onsen. And I love that the room has its own private shower. The futon bed is heavenly, I slept so well in it. They respond to my inquiry in a timely manner. They also have brochures that provide several information regarding the accommodations and Kinosakionsen in English. And since this is an onsen town, we were provided a set of yutaka clothing and the onsen day pass. I would like to thank the staff that speak English for her warmest welcome and patience ( sorry I kept you waiting for my check-in ). Terima kasih from Malaysia.

Great location. Awkward rooms … bit squishy,re kettle in weird place, and low ceilings if tall. Cute balcony.

The onsen, the localisation, the staff were very nice. They lent us yukata, umbrella, basket....

Ryokan is very conveniently located. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk from Kinosaki Onsen Station and is near many restaurants and stores. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room is very spacious, much bigger than mentioned in Booking site. Massage chair in the room is a big surprise. All of staff we met are very noce and supportive. Location is in the middle of the town, close to all onsen places Last but not least, we enjoyed onsen very much, great experience.

A great Ryokan in the centre of Kinosaki. A short walk to the onsens and a great view of the mountains and street from the balcony. I stayed mid week and the town was quiet and perfect to relax in. Friendly helpful staff always available.

Unreal. A perfect few days. Unbelievably beautiful room and location. Everything we needed, incredible staff and beautiful experience. Incredible private onsen. I don't rate the public one but it's not bother considering how fantastic the entire town is. I can not say enough to how fantastic it was, and how amazing the staff were. A DREAM! and, the best sleep I've ever had in my life on the futon.

Perfectly located in the centre of everything. Easy walk to all the onsen in town. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful at explaining how everything worked with the onsen-hopping. They provide the onsen pass and all the clothes etc so it’s very straightforward. In addition the room and communal spaces were beautifully done. Great value for money too.
