Location, delicious and very extensive dinner and breakfast, nice onsen and choice of yukatas. Free bus to onsens in town

The staff was very kind and patient with us. The private onsen was a wonderful experience to have with your friends or partner.

Having the attached onsens was super nice, choose when you want to go during open hours.

The Hotel was able to take our luggage early so we were able to start exploring. The hotel is at the start of the street for all the Onsen and the furthest one is a 20 min walk. There is a shuttle to bring you to the onsen but not bring you back. Lots of good restaurants in the area. The hotel was very clean there was an onsite onsen that is tattoo friendly as well, with an inside part and cooling part area very nice. Hotel provides you with public onsen passes for your stay and fancy yukatas for women that are not on the taller side. I am a 6 foot woman on 3X size and they were still able to provide me with a simpler yukata.

“Handy for visiting onsens”

Big, bright room and the futons were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. Great to have our own yakutas to wear around the town while visiting onsens. We also booked a private onsen at the hotel which was lovely.

Exceptional breakfast for very reasonable price. Just lovely. It surprised me and I’m usually quite used to the quality of Japanese food. The view of the mountain covered in snow was stunning.

“Immersive experience...”

Really immersive experience for two westerners as we are. A lovely room set out in the traditional way with everything you need to make Japanese tea and the futons are put out for you in the evening - I found them very comfortable. Good shower and cosmetics. They provide females with a more formal yukata which I used to dine in. Both males and females are provided with yukatas to use around town and for the onsens. We were given a pair of free socks and a little towel in a bag. If you visit 5 out of 7 onsens with your free pass and get a stamp in each, you will receive a free gift - a nice bit of extra fun. Kinosaki Onsen is a beautiful town and really is a good relaxing stay for a couple of nights. Staff were excellent at the hotel and we had dinner and breakfast too. We had special requirements for the food and everything was taken care of - special thanks to our vietnamese waitress who spoke wonderful english and really helped us to enjoy the experience. Would fully recommend this hotel.

1) We could choose the patterns & colour of our (ladies) yukata. A staff was there to take up the hem of the yukata if it was too long. 2) A staff went above & beyond and drove us to our next hotel stay in Kinosaki Onsen. (They didn't have to since the next hotel is their competitor afterall.) 3) We had our delicious breakfast in a private room on the 2nd floor. My brother dropped 1 chopstick on the floor. It was fairly quiet and a very attentive staff heard it. (No staff was in the private room while we ate.) She came into the room with a new pair of chopsticks even before my brother said anything or even moved out of his chair! Excellent service all round Thank you

Meals were exceptional. Onsen experience was good. Shuttle services especially welcomed as we were traveling with 2 elderly parents.

The staff was very helpful and they even waited for us at the train station as a surprise. They went out the way to make our stay memorable. We arrived late, they picked us up from the station, also dropped us off to the only restaurant still open at 09:30pm and gave us a lot of help. When we checked out, they even help us to plan the train journey for our next destination. Excellent
