“The best hotel stay of this road trip”

one of the best hotel room i stay in Japan. Near to Kannabe Volcanic Crater and Yumura Onsen town, we are passing by to go back to Osaka

The property was amazing, we stayed there for 5 nights to go snowboarding. They have 3 skii resorts in the area with 1 resort within walking distance. Though they don't have a restaurant at the hotel, there are quite a few restaurants in the area. The shared kitchen was perfect, microwave, oven and even a coffee/tea station available. This was our favourite accomodation during our stay in Japan. Will hope to come back one day.

Although the hotel does not serve breakfast, there are light, easy-to-heat meals available. The nearest convenience store (Lawson) is a 5–10 minute walk away. The hotel is conveniently located near the ski area, restaurants, and an onsen.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff was incredibly professional and spoke excellent English — something you don’t often find in Japan. The hotel itself is brand new, and the common areas are beautiful: spacious, stylish, and perfectly maintained. The overall mood and atmosphere of the hotel are spotless and serene. For those arriving by car, there’s a large free parking area, which is another great plus (and not so common in Japan). We arrived late in the evening, and the staff welcomed us warmly and were very attentive and kind throughout our stay. Our room was simply perfect — the most spacious one we had during our entire trip in Japan. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless. The bathroom was large and well designed, with separate areas for the shower and toilet. The sink was placed in the entrance area, but that didn’t bother us at all — it was actually quite convenient. We were genuinely sad to stay only one night. Next time, we’ll definitely plan to stay a few more days to explore the area and enjoy another relaxing stay at this wonderful hotel.

This hotel is new comfy and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. Onsen is right next door. It is 1 minute walk. There's no restaurant nearby but you can buy things from vending machines and cook in the public space. Mr.Noda in front is very kind and helpful. Thank you for wonderful stay.

Super clean, lovely soft bed, everything the same as all in this hotel chain. Good coffee ☕️/tea/miso available all the time. AMAZING staff.

The communal kitchen and lounge was excellent. The rooms were beautifully styled and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly, gracious and accommodating. The locker was fantastic and was very close to the ski field.
