Spacious room, biggest we have experienced in Japan. Excellent suply of toiletries. Close to Osaka Itami Airport.

Decent in general but the love hotel feeling...

Very friendly staff and helped us settle in our accommodation. The location is kind of far from train stations so we had to walk 15 minutes everyday to train station. Also no laundry at the place was a disadvantage too. Otherwise we enjoyed staying here!

This hotel is good for the proximity to the airport. I think it’s also great for couples looking for a discreet hotel to spend a night. Ample parking and availability of vanity and amenities. I really enjoyed the free-drink bar. The bathroom is a private spa.

An interesting concept that offered much more for the price than other hotels, a really large apartment, separate bathroom with bathtub, shower and sink and separate toilet. Huge comfortable bed, plus additional seating and a TV bigger than we have at home. My wife was pleased with the abundance of cosmetics, I was pleased with the free draft beer at the reception. We ordered breakfast and it was really tasty. Too bad we only stayed one night.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the hotel room is clean and fairly spacious for Japanese standards. The location unfortunately was a bit far from the train station so we had to call a taxi every time. The bed was although somewhat comfortable but gave us backaches every morning.

Very nice, practice and clean room. The bed was very confortable. The staff was very nice and made efforts to help despite the language barrier.

Good staff and good rooms

It’s a love hotel, so we weren’t sure what to expect at first, but the price and photos convinced us to book — and we were very pleasantly surprised! The rooms are huge (easily the best value we’ve had for the price), featuring a water fountain, a bathroom with a jacuzzi and TV, and a wide selection of room service food available until 3 a.m. At the reception, there’s a generous variety of free drinks (coffee, tea, beer, wine), snacks (both sweet and savory), and toiletries (bath salts, shampoos, shower gels, bath essences). The staff were lovely and very helpful — it was raining heavily, and they gave us umbrellas and towels to get to our car and dry off, which we could return later that evening after our day out. Parking is also included.

Surprisingly exceptional place! It was super clean, spacious and well-organised. The service was polite and helpful. In lobby there are complimentary bath salts, soaps etc and ice, beer, wine, coffee and other beverages

“Perfect location just away from the busy Osaka city”

This place has amenities to treat you like a QUEEN. You just have to see it for yourself and laugh sometimes. I stayed there for 6 nights and I love checking out the bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom was so relaxing to take a bath (they even provide the bubble bath and epson salt, so it felt amazing after long hikes). Nearest coin laundry is 10 minute walk - you would need to ask the staff the location as it’s in Japanese but I did appreciate their help. They speak some english but we used Google Translate if I had additional questions.
