Thank you for processing the refund for one of our recent bookings at this accommodation — we appreciate your assistance with that. However, I have struggled to find anywhere to complain again re the second booking that we made for the property where we did not stay. Upon entering the room, we found it to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition, including visible semen and black hairs on the bed linen. Due to the condition of the room, we were not comfortable staying and chose to leave immediately. There was a significant language barrier which made it difficult to clearly explain the issue to the property at the time. As it was approximately 10:30pm, we prioritised finding alternative accommodation as quickly as possible. Given the circumstances, we are requesting a full refund for this booking as well. “Not suitable for families so had to leave and stay somewhere else”

This is a love hotel that comes with plastic sheets, porn, sex toys, lube and condoms. If this is what you’re looking for, it’s a good hotel.

“Unusual amazing stay”

First time in a love hotel. We have never received so many amenities , grooming products, big bath tube , huge room, massage chair and so much more :)))

“Amazing value, super clean and tidy”

Really clean and well outfitted hotel. I was amazed that there was a jacuzzi, hair dryer + straightener + curler, masage chair, massager and plenty of cosmetics. It’s an incredible value for the price.

This was the nicest hotel I stayed in, in Japan this trip and was conveniently located near Itami/Osaka airport which is why we booked it. I was thankful the reviews gave me advance notice that it was a "love hotel."

10 minute walk to the airport which is good, whole reason for my stay. Room was huge! I did not know it was a love hotel when I booked until I arrived in my room and saw that facilities… HOWEVER room was lovely, room has a jacuzzi ofc and also hair dryer, curler and straightener which was great

Room was clean. Be aware that you book a love hotel. Finally I have to say that a city hotel would have been a better choice. But it was funny to see a love hotel and it’s amenities:-)
