“Recommended esp for family room and location, we had a great cheap deal but prices increased greatly thereafter”

“Absolutely terrible. Like being scammed”
Location ok but far from attraction places. The room has no air con even though stated in the booking.com. The whole hotel has no air con rooms according to staff. And they informed Booking.com. So who is misleading???
