“Felt like a 2-star stay, honestly.”
Let me begin with the positive; the staff! They were extremely helpful and welcoming, and accommodating. Even with my limited knowledge of keigo, they took the time to make sure all the information was clear. Service during breakfast was also very friendly. As for the rest, the staff's great impressions could unfortunately not balance out everything else that made our stay the most uncomfortable out of all hotels we stayed in during our trip.

“Comfy stay at Toyama”
Easy communication with hotel. Friendly and polite staff assisting in check-in / check-out and for any assistance we may require. Well maintained facilities and very neat. Close to Toyama Station for train, tram, and bus rides. Close to stores and shops.

“Excellent hotel”
The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for traveling to various destinations. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping was done daily and was meticulous, as indicated by a sign on the door. Breakfast was excellent. The food was delicious, and the menu was extensive, but the same every day. There were plenty of toiletries in the lobby.

“Definately a top 5 hotel in Toyama”
The hospitality presented by the reception staff is excellent. Buffet breakfast was good and tasty, and when we wanted to keep our luggage at the lobby for full 8 hours while waiting for our flight, they do so with a smile and without questions. Definately our next go to connecting hotel in Japan. Price is affordable for the services that you get. Location is very strategic, right smack in middle of town and 5 minutes walk to train station.
