--clean & quiet room --enough room space for opening 2 large suitcase at the same time. --Helpful and high efficient front desk staff when handling with Yamato Transport courier service. Thank you. --Hotel location is very good, just a few steps from the Toyama Station, proximity to the Dentetsu Toyama Station. --coffee/tea on the lounge & even Hypertension self-testing machine is provided. Such a thoughtful service. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, highly recommend it.

“Luggage delivery”

All hotel staff need to train the luggage delivery form. My experience that they prefilled form with Japanese language but the staff forgot to fill the guest name who send it. So other hotel inform me that the way bill without guest name, they will not accept the luggage. So, call and inform but hotel staff denied to help, ask the YAMATO service to call. We have to come back the hotel and explain then they call Yamato service. Slove problem, thanks APA hotel team.

Great location and easy to find. Located right next to the station. Sadly the view of the trains was a little tricky to see but the size of the room and bathroom were bigger than expected which was a nice surprise. Worked very well for a family with two littles still small enough to cosleep.

The location is outstanding and is conveniently right next to the train, shinkansen, buses and trams. The basement floor takes you straight to a supermarket, while the fourth takes you to some restaurants. The room was not that large but is comfortable enough, and the toilet isn't cramped and I was able to enjoy a good soak in the bath tub. The breakfast is acceptable but there is little variance. It does have some Toyama specific dishes such as Hotaru Ika and trout sushi. Both of these were delicious

The location is great. Next to the train station and close to lots of shops and restaurants. A real bonus is the view of the snow capped mountains.

Very convenient to transport and shopping facilities. Supermarket in the building basement was great. Free tram tickets helped getting around

The hotel was located centrally. Parking is connected to the hotel building, though it was not easy to locate using the instructions given by the hotel.
