“Overall great hostel. Credit to the Staff.”

The size and design of the beds was great. Comfortable and easy to store your gear. Bathroom and toilets were excellent.

Good location. Walkable from the train station. Friendly staff and some pet cats may roam around the open areas. This hostel is very good for socializing and speaking with other travellers.

Facilities are very new and well maintained, staff are very kind and friendly. Love the cats they’re always there vibing and chill. Love this stay for sure

The beds where so comfortable, and the placement is so easy just off the station is great for day trips, and the art work all around the place is just amazing and got a laugh out of me, 10/10 place.

Perfect size space, I could stand up (181cm). Very welcoming staff, lovely cats and modern facilities. Across the road from Kansui park, and only a short walk from Toyama station.

One of the best hostels in japan for me. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure I was alright. They also provided a bag of hot water for me and other guests to keep warm. The hostel has everything and i loved their Murakami collection in different languages in the library. The bunk bed is huge and had a safety box to keep valaluable. The design is lovely too.

The couple of owners was super friendly and had many good recommendation; There were plenty of entertainment options (books in many languages, mangas, animes....), and the cats were friendly too. The soap and shampoo were high quality too, and the place was super clean. Also, the booths were BIG. Like you can stand in it if you're under 180. And they had a safe. Finally, the bed was very warm and cozy and I could sleep just like if it were home.

Seriously, the couple who own / manage the hostel were wonderfully helpful warm and friendly. For a non-Japanese speaker, they assisted me in navigating to numerous sites I wished to see and experience, making choices always available❗️

Good location, just straight up the road from the North Exit of Toyama Stn. Not difficult to find, unlike what the hosts said, once you know what the entrance is like to look out for (see pics attached). The 4-bed pte dorm is of a good size and comfortable. Amenities are good, adequate and clean.

The place is very nice and the hosts are amazing. Is super clean and tidy, but feels cozy at the same time. Loved all the interior design and the two roomates! 🐱

I loved the well designed nature of the hostel. Very convenient location, inviting interior & staff. I ranked it as an excellent experience as the staff did that little extra hospitality. Staff spoke English and made my stay welcoming and stress free! Would definitely stay again.

“Best relaxing stay, feel like home!”

It’s a 10min walk to the hostel. It is HUGE, has a library, some work space and also a kitchen to relax.

The library full of Murakami Haruki novels in various languages was quite impressive. If you are a fan and staying in Toyama, I would recommend staying here for a unique experience. It is also close to Toyama station, didn't feel crowded, staff were very friendly and it was clean.

The hostel's owners were very welcoming and friendly. I felt really welcome there and was happy when I would get back and chat about my day and what I had seen. Thank you so much.
