Great location right next to Toyama station. Good size rooms, all clean, friendly staff. Easy access to the shopping centre below with bar, bakery, restaurants etc We left our main luggage for 2 nights while we visited the mountains, which was no problem

Staying here was the highlight of our trip. Perfectly perched above Maroot Mall and just steps from the train station, the location is a dream—especially for rainy days or as a base for exploring nearby cities. The facilities are spotless, and I especially loved the separate bath and toilet layout. Don't miss the breakfast; the variety is fantastic, and the coffee tastes even better with the panoramic view! Most importantly, the staff is beyond wonderful. Their helpfulness made us feel truly cared for. We are so grateful for this experience. Highly recommended!

The location - just in front of a railway station and above a department store, with food courts, was a huge plus. Despite the imminent proximity to the railway station, it was quiet and cosy in the rooms. Also the fact that the facility had a little onsen.

Location was perfect to catch the Shinkansen to our next destination and return our car. Above a huge shopping centre with numerous restaurants. Bed was very comfortable.

Location is perfect as it is right outside the JR station and city tram station plus on top of the shopping mall. Access to F & B outlets is superb. The location attractions are also easily accessible, even if one enjoy a longer walk or take a tram.

The room design is good and the pyjamas they provided were very comfortable! Breakfast was good but the selection is ok.

It’s conveniently close to the train station (like a 2 minute walk), food outlets and major attractions. It’s very clean and well laid out.

Location was amazing! Right next to Toyama station and light rail. Traditional Japanese bath-house was an unexpected surprise.

Clean and spacious room. Lounge has microwave oven too. Easy to find and next to train station and inside marcoot shopping mall. Plenty of food options.
