Very new and clean room; spacious and well designed. Near many amenities like shopping mall, JR Toyoma station, Toyota Rent A Car, etc.

Twin room was ok for 2 people. Well situated and conveniently close to the station. Beds were comfortable although I don't particularly enjoy feathers in duvets and pillows... My bad. I didn't ask for a change.

The hotel room was big and spacious, making the stay very comfortable. I also liked that the hair dryer provided was a professional type, which dried hair much faster than usual hotel dryers. Amenities were available at the front counter, which is a thoughtful idea to reduce unnecessary waste.

“Excellent hotel near Toyama main station”

A remarkable hotel for the price we paid. Incredible value. It's part of a chain managed by Japan Airlines which I thought was pretty cool. The place is spotlessly clean and staff give a friendly, professional welcome. Our room had twin beds with each being a good size, and a nice seating area with space for two people. There is a water cooler on every floor to fill up your water bottle with delicious local water. Location is excellent, near main station, tram stops and the excellent Maroot shopping centre (groceries, restaurants and stores).

Clean, functional and decent size beds for couple. Will book again. 1st floor houses 3 coin operated washing machine which is handy.

Excellent location.. quiet rooms. Comfortable firm beds with great pillows Near Hazeru coffee. Offered local knowledge , free tram tickets, great service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a Superior twin and it was agreat zize for a solo traveler.

The hotel is at the heart of Toyama. Near to the main train station.

This chain of hotel never fails; well maintained, professional staffs, amenities available should you forget some basic toiletries. For Japanese modular shower space, it is generous including height wise. Coin laundry is a great plus for long stays or prolonged travels.

“Excellent hotel for early risers”

The hotel is within walking distance to the Toyama train station and Kansui park. The bathroom was bigger than most similar hotels by Japanese standards. The room was very clean and the space was adequate for two persons.

The location was easy access to the train station. Was very very clean. Definitely one of the better hotels that I had stayed in Japan. The staffs were super helpful. Excellent. Will definitely come back and stay here.

Great hotel very close to Toyama station and large volume of restaurants nearby. Room was large and spacious however ours was a premium room so much bigger than standard. Very modern hotel no appears quite new. Would definitely stay again if in Toyama.
