“Great location, disappointed with room size and cleanliness.”
Hotel is very close to Toyama Station. Plenty of food and convenience stores close by. Ice machine and microwave available and trouser press but that didn’t work. Staff friendly and helpful.

For a three-star hotel this is great. The price, location, staff, etc, were all very good. The TV in the room was massive! (In the UK, a three-star hotel would be rubbish and manned by surly staff.)

“A pleasant stay!”
This hotel is within walking distance from the JR Toyama station. As I reached the hotel on 30 Dec at around 11am, the staff knew that I was a tourist and was able to converse in English with me. I felt appreciated as a guest and I left my luggage with the concierge as I explored other places. Wanna say that both staff were extremely helpful to me and I feel welcomed in Toyama. Proud of their good service! When I returned back to the hotel around 515pm to 530pm, my check in was performed by a male trainee staff (i saw from his badge) and it was all great as well! I handed in my passport for the formality and he issued my breakfast voucher and room key readily. I am happy with my stay so far and I am glad to have chosen your hotel for my short stay.

“Overall is good!”
The staffs are friendly. The room is slightly bigger than the one in Nagoya, and price is more reasonable. It’s close to Lawson, several restaurants and Toyama station!

“Service excellent”
If you’ve stayed in a APA before you just know the level of comfort you are getting. I sadly left something behind on our trip in Sapporo the staff helped me arrange for this to be sent to our next hotel and in true Japanese’s style it turned up as planned. Thank you again to the trainees on the desk who helped with this. Close to the train station 🚉 we also had a great view of the mountains.
