An LCD TV with satellite channels features in all of the apartments and studios at Residhome Toulouse Occitania. Each is air-conditioned and also has a kitchenette with hotplates for making meals. A fully organic breakfast is served every morning with fresh juices, seasonal fruits, breads, pastries, muesli and cereals, cheese and ham. Food allergies and intolerances can also be accommodated. The property works with eco-friendly suppliers. Toulouse Hippodrome is opposite this 3-star residence and the exhibition centre is a 10-minute drive away. Private and free public parking are available on site and the A620 is just a 3-minute drive away.

“Recommended.”
This was the second time we had stayed there, and it was as good as before - which is to say very good in every way. The bio breakfast is particularly worth commenting on - you won't find many better breakfasts in France. Very convenient for the Pasteur clinic, if you have an appointment there.

“GREAT PLACE TO STAY WITH A DOG NEAR CLINIQUE PASTEUR”
My husband was having an operation at Clinique Pasteur and I needed a place to stay nearby with our dog while he was in hospital. The apartment was basic, but clean and adequately equipped for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a car park under the hotel where I managed to leave the dog in the car there, in the shade, while I was at the hospital for an hour or so. It was very near a park where I could walk him, so the position was perfect. It was also right by the tram stop, so easy to get about if you want to. If you're travelling with a dog, the €9 per night charge is very reasonable.

“Adequate”
My room overlooked the nearby racecourse, which was nice enough, and I had the very basic swimming pool to myself. Not sure that would be the case in the height of the summer season.

“Lovely apartment great value and amazing staff”
Wry spacious and well equipped for a self catering stay, great view and balcony. Fab location with it being 1 minute walk from hippodrome stop on T1 tram line.

“Excellent facilities and great value for money on the outskirts of the city.”
We chose this accommodation for two main reasons - the bonus of having a kitchenette and the use of an outdoor pool. Although it is a little further out of the city than many choices, it represents fantastic value for money. We had a very spacious room on the 6th floor with a pleasant view over the Hippodrome racecourse, and because the tram system is so cheap (less than 2 Euros, even from the airport) and reliable, it did not matter that it was away from the heart of the city. The room was spotlessly clean, bright and airy, well equipped, and could not have been better.
