While the place is off-center, access to the city center is very convenient and there are many good amenities around. The staff members were friendly and professional.

Cozy shared area, sophisticated community with restaurants, recreational center nearby for comfortable walk. Clean and tidy rooms suitable for solo travellers. Easy transfer to the city center with combo tram + metro/bus so min 20-30min we are talking about.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was simple and small, but clean and tidy. The included breakfast was next level great. The spread of food for a “continental” breakfast made it superior to any cooked breakfast I’ve ever had in most >4 star hotels and great value for money.

Really small noisy room, and there were workmen doing construction work early and late outside our room. Good location.

Reception, parking and staff were good, access to rooms is from the exterior of the building and that is unique

I really enjoyed my stay at Eklo Toulouse. The atmosphere is young, vibrant, and very 'social' thanks to the beautiful common areas and the bar/restaurant downstairs. The eco-concept is interesting and the design is super modern. It’s located in a developing area, but the tram stop is just a few steps away, making it very easy to reach the city center. Perfect for a budget-friendly city break!

We liked the look of the hotel and the location was perfect for our requirements. Breakfast was good and the hotel had parking.

The hotel is arranged in a cool way with room entrance from outside. The room had everything I needed. Breakfast might nit be that big but it is definitely quality over quantity which I liked.

The staff were comfortable speaking a little English to me in response to my terrible French, so I really appreciated that. The breakfast was fresh and very varied. There was just a very friendly, comfortable ambience to the place. The best thing is that the hotel is literally right outside the Cartoucherie tram stop - you can roll out of bed and get into the city centre in less than half an hour. Perfect.

can be reached by public transport from the airport in a quick and simple way even when the phone battery dies so no google maps. the receptionist was helpful and efficient.

Cheap budget hotel. Basic room standard. Clean, but no frills. Local community has good shops, bars, cafes and facilities. Hotel in safe residential area. Good tram link to city centre. Friendly hotel staff at reception with good English - French translation. Helpful and courteous. Good safe underground car park. Nice reception area to relax. Small breakfast / dining area clean and tidy. Ate out, so can't judge the quality of the food. Small bar serves wines, beers and cocktails. Also has a drinks 'happy hour' for guests. Overall my stay went OK for a cheap budget hotel.

Really nice hostel and spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and I had tight sleeps. People at the reception are friendly and there is nice common area but the hostel is not social.
