The place is super clean, comfortable, nice and even decorated for Christmas. Close to Toulouse city center and free parking along the street. Definitely 10/10.

“Great place to stay when in Toulouse”

Very nice apartment, neat and tidy, the layout and design is thoughtful, great proximity to the supermarkets, restaurants and city center, close to Canal du Midi. There's a bakery with delicious french pastry and tartalletes just around the corner (St. Honore). The owner was friendly and welcoming (had a quick chat on one of the days of my stay), the communication and interaction was uncomplicated and on-point, very professional. There's a lot of travel information, maps and guide books in the apartment to use. Thanks a lot for a pleasant experience, really enjoyed my stay in Toulouse!

The apartment was exceptionally clean, with appliances and furnishings all good quality and in excellent working order - I particularly liked the electric shutters which keep the light out when you want to sleep in. The street is quiet and we slept wonderfully with the air conditioning - important as the weather was very hot - and the comfortable (firm) bed. It is an easy walk to central Toulouse and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, except a washing machine; but there is a laundrette very close by.
