The location and the hospitality. Walking distance to the station, restaurants and convenience store. Didn't try the in-house breakfast and restaurant though, so can't comment. The single room was comfy and had the basic amenities. Overall a good experience.

“Good hotel room with good price and location.”
Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is great near the centre of Tottori. Staff was very welcoming. The restaurant in 2F of the hotel was very good and not expensive at all, a must visit!

“Has seen better days”
Staff was friendly and first reception to ask me for my Citizen-card and not the passport after I spoke japanese, made me happy. I was able to enter my room early. Nice area, close enough to the station and bus stop. The restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly good.
