Love this place. Staff are so sincere and helpful. Free drinks. Paid parking is conveniently located right beside the building. Breakfast is nice.

“I will definitely stay again.”
Variety of food are offered for breakfast and everything I’ve tried were excellent. The room size was a typical of Japanese budget hotels but spent in a room only for sleeping as the hotel has spacious and comfortable area on the first floor where you can sit, relax and help yourself to a free cocktails/mocktails. The extra amenities and staffs’ genuine friendliness makes up for the room size.

The staff and lobby were both warm and inviting. The hot spring bath is amazing, especially when it's been snowing outside.

The staff is very nice, my luggage was stuck in Beijing and was to be sent to a hotel in Matsue, where I would be traveling onward, and I couldn't contact the hotel online. However, the hotel staff were very kind in helping me coordinate with the hotel in Matsue to receive my luggage, and I finally received my luggage. I am very grateful for this assistance.

“Super Hotel Tottori”
The hotel offers a pillow selection, an amenity counter, complimentary breakfast, and a drink bar at night. It’s about an 8-minute walk to the station. Overall, the amenities and location are excellent.
