The location is good. The onsen is great. The rooms were spacious. Breakfast is good. The gift store has a number of local specialties.

Room is large for Japan standard (I did pay for it). Parking is not free but is diagonally across from the hotel (watch out of one way entry directions from both roads that the hotel entrance is on). Staff are friendly and keen to help. Onsen facilities are large (as you expect from the size of the hotel).

“The room was too small. I would book a bigger room next time.”
Th bed was comfortable. It is equipped with a desk big enough to catch up office work. It would be an option to choose for business trip.

“Perfect, highly recommended”
Large room with desk, comfortable bed. Useful amenities and tea. Comfortable onsen, good quality shampoo and conditioner. The staff can sell stamps and send postcards. The lobby has a lot of space for tables, sofas and also a small shop. Near the onsen there are vending machines with all sort of drinks, food and a microwave. Good location close to the station and restaurants are nearby.

Breakfast was good and in a spacious ballroom-like hall. Car parking is nearby and charges were fair (500 yen per day). Our room was spacious. There is a laundry facility available, an important factor when we book our hotels.

“Would definitely stay here again”
Great location close to the station, large rooms, good sized twin beds very comfortable. So great to have opening windows! Staff were fabulous and helpful, speaking some English

“Very bad experience”
Everything need to pay such as coffee and ice. No hot water. No customer service. The room is dirty and obsolete. Far away from train station. Very bad experience.
