“Splendid place in the country”

Wonderful grounds, a small lake and a dock to sit on and watch the ripples on the water. Near a conservation area for some walking in the woods, and nice rolling country roads for cycling. I got a small room with one bed and it was comfortable. There are very basic appliances for simple meal prep but that was fine by me. I wish I could have stayed another night.

Very easy to check in. The rooms are mostly individually kept with seperate entrances. Beautiful view of the lake.

“Peaceful and clean property”

Easy access even allowed us to check in early. Clean and quiet.

The wifi password was incorrect and there is no host to connect with later in the evening. I tried messaging on the app, but it was late. If I were staying somewhere without wifi, I would rate it a zero. Luckily, I was traveling alone and really only needed a shower and a bed as I arrived late and left early. Regardless, the password should have been correct.

The location was very close to our family reunion. It is easy to get to from the east or west.

Beautiful property. I booked way ahead of time, as I planned hiking for the Canada Day long weekend. The location is perfect, proximity to Bruce trail and a few nature parks. The deck, the lakeview and lots of privacy made my stay perfect. Also, each room is isolated, so it's very quiet. It was a very nice stay, I did tons of hiking. I hope to be back abd will definitely recommend this place to friends. I feel fully recharged. A very pleasant summer weekend stay. Thank you.

“Nice place for a short stay”

Good price, clean, nice bathroom. Instructions to get to the property were dead on and getting a door code made getting in easy. There were no stairs, maybe a single step to get to the hallway. The property was nice, situated on a small lake. The listing said we could use the dock, but it felt as if we were invading the owner's privacy to get to the dock. The very large room that is also on the side of the owner's house looked quite good and it looks like it can be rented.

“Cozy little gem”

A cute little gem nestled in the middle of nature. Very peaceful and serene. Clean and cozy. The host was very prompt and helpful. We forgot to bring a phone charger, and the host was kind enough to lend us one. If you're a nature lover like me, bring a pair of binoculars. There's lots of birds to see, and we were lucky to spot a coyote, too. Perfect little place for a quiet getaway. Ps: Bring a pair of slippers. The marble tiles in the bathroom are cold.

I had to walk quite a distance to buy food and walk back. I thought my legs would fall off especially at 71 years old. Never book there again

This place was stunning! My bf and I came here and was amazing. The room I booked ended up being unavailable after I booked so we got upgraded to the larger room. Was not at all like a hotel. I could honestly live here kitchen set up and large fridge Stayed a bit past check out time and they were accommodating w it as well!

The room is in a fun house... the bathroom was brand new.

The price was reasonable, bed was good. It was quiet.

Great location, friendly host, quiet room, comfortable bed and wonderful scenery. Right on the lake. Swimming was refreshing and safe. The small exec suite I have booked had a coffee maker, microwave and fridge.
