“Absolutely lovely”
The view from our room was insanely good and walking around the hotel, all the views are amazing. There's lots available for breakfast, including different plant milks, bacon, eggs, sausages, yogurt, cakes, crossiants. We loved the cafe which does pastries and small tapas plates, the view from there is wonderful, I could have sat there all day. The walks are lovely and quite easy, I'm pregnant and made it up to the nearest statues.

“Fantastic setting, Restaurant food - Amazing Staff who were outstanding”
Overall a lovely hotel. Second visit, we had a nice welcome when we arrived. Rooms are nice but best of all the food in the restaurant is excellent. Beautiful setting around the hotel itself and amazing value for money. I think in the summer months this will be an awesome place to stay with the outdoor terraces and views. Stunning. Staff though get a top mention, outstanding. Will stay again.

“Fabulous staff, great food and lovely location”
The staff on reception are fabulous very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and beds extremely comfortable. The location is wonderful and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. The staff in the restaurant were superb, all in all fabulous place to stay.

Comfortable, warm and spacious room. Quiet too, no bells ringing through the night whilst we were there. Dinner simple but tasty. Having been a monastry, the public areas are large which doesn't provide the 'cosy' ambience some may be looking for.

Most staff were warm and friendly especially wait staff at breakfast and dinner. Room was comfortable as was the bed, and the balcony had fabulous views across the moutains. Attached cafe was good for Tapas and reasonable for drinks.
