Overview
Zel Costa Brava offers fantastic sea views from a hillside 4 km from Tossa de Mar. It has a fitness centre, nine tennis courts and an outdoor pool. The apartments at the Zel Costa Brava are bright and feature tiled floors. The Zel Costa Brava offers a wide range of activities and entertainment for adults and children. These include aerobics and beach volleyball. The hotel has 3 restaurants, including a buffet restaurant and 2 restaurants located in Cala Giverola (one Trattoria and one with Mediterranean cuisine specialized in rice dishes). There are also 3 bars and a café, one of which is located on the beach. There is a shuttle service to Tossa de Mar as well as a funicular railway which takes guests down to the beach. The resort also provides optional payment, transfer service to Tossa de Mar and parking. The beautiful town of Girona is 45 minutes’ drive away.

“Great location and a nice, relaxing atmosphere”
They’ve picked a lovely location and the views are breathtaking. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is fresh, local (great fish dishes) and a good variety. Rooms and facilities are nicely designed and spacious. In this season, the hotel is not crowded and really calm and laid back. Pool is great for swimming and the gym + fitness classes were enjoyable

“Be aware of hidden costs and your location however if you would like a luxury resort that has everything you need in one”
We found the property very clean and tidy. The staff were amazing and very well organised. Always happy to help. We found the bed was very comfortable and it was lovely to get fresh linen and the room cleaned and topped up with essentials each day. The buffet breakfast that was included was one of the best we have ever been to with so many different options and varieties.

The rooms were lovely and large with nice views. The hotel is very nice. Breakfast and dinner buffet had plentiful options. Staff were all very friendly. Andrea at check-in & out was super helpful and friendly! Yoga was fantastic! The mini market is lovely with some great options ( could maybe do with some fresh artisanal bread to make your own Lunch as I didn’t find lunch options very accommodating to quick grabs and budget friendly )

“All style, no substance. Overpriced. You need endless money and patience to fully enjoy this hotel.”
The general aesthetic of the property is lovely. The views are nice, and there are thoughtful design elements which make it feel airy and cosy. The low level lighting is great in all areas. The selection at breakfast was very good, but fairly limited for vegans. There is a nice coffee machine, kettle and microwave in the room. The beach is nice and we liked the idea of the boat ride into town, but the weather meant we didn't have a chance to use it.

“Great stay, will visit again”
The hotel is amazing, very family friendly with lots of free activities both for adults and kids. The breakfast bar was amazing with a great choice and fresh produce. We also very much liked the team who works with kids, Clara was amazing and they did such a great job to involve kids in lots of arts, crafts and games. I also felt safe to leave the little one with them as they took a good care of signing in/out everyone.
