“Top holiday”

It's been one of the most wonderful holidays we ever had! Mostly because of the hotel owners. Luis and his wife Meri are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, and they are doing their best to make your stay in Tossa fantastic. The hotel is so cosy and exudes warmth ( and it's not about the summer temperature ))) that you can relax and enjoy your life there! Some more points to add about the hotel - top clean and very close to the beach, tasty breakfast, lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants around. So if you manage to book a room in Tarull, get ready for a great time! Luis and Meri, thank you so much! 😊

We are very happy we chose the Tarull Hotel. First of all, it is clean, tidy, and has a wonderful terrace with a fantastic view of Tossa de Mar, including the sea, the medieval castle, the old town streets, and nature. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the beach. But the most important thing that makes this hotel special is its amazing hosts. They are caring, dedicated, hospitable, and attentive. They notice every guest and are ready to help everyone. We had a great experience and really enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. Most of all, we are happy we got to know its kind owners. Thank you very much❤️❤️❤️ We highly recommend the Tarull hotel!

One of the best hotel stays I have had. I was made to feel very welcome from the minute I walked in. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood on the edge of the old part of town. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the bus station and beaches, cafes, restaurants etc. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was in a nice big room with very attentive and efficient staff. Quite honestly, this is a brilliant place to stay.

The hotel was such a perfect location to get to the beach, restaurants, bars and also the bus station. The highlights were definitely the owners, such lovely accomodating people, and also the rooftop terrace!

Situated in the old city this quiet haven of a hotel has everything you need. Immaculately kept rooms, incredible breakfast (including gluten free options) and a wonderful terrace with views of the city.

Probably the best stay I've ever had! The room was clean and cosy. The room was clean and cozy. The hotel is located in the old part of Tossa de Mar, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach and the Tossa Fortress, a main tourist attraction. The hotel staff was very friendly and super helpful. We got everything we needed and even more! I wish I could have stayed longer and hope I get the chance to visit again - especially because my little son keeps asking when we can visit Mr. Lluís next time! :-) My best regards to Mr. Lluís and his wonderful team!

“Exceptional”

The hotel's terrace is extraordinary and probably has the most beautiful view of the sea and the castle. Mr. Lluis and his wife were extraordinary hosts and made us feel extraordinary. I think it was the most pleasant stay at a hotel out of all the hotels I've stayed at so far

The location was perfect, close to the beach and shops but not noisy. The owners were exceptional...nothing was too much trouble and they were always smiling. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel

“Great hosts, simple, clean”

Clean, simple hotel with very helpful and friendly owner and family. Close to beaches and restaurants.

The hotel is very nice and managed by a friendly family. It’s very close to the bus stop where the airport buses from Barcelona arrive. It’s close to the beach and the old town, but it isn’t on the main promenade, so it's relatively quiet. However, take into account that there are narrow streets and buildings close to each other, so there is some noise when someone rides a scooter or people are loud when coming back from a party, but you can always close the windows and turn on the air conditioning. The hotel room was clean, we had comfortable beds and well-functioning air conditioning. Towels are changed very often. The only thing missing in the room was a drying rack to dry towels and swimsuits. The hotel has a large roof terrace with beautiful views of Tossa, the sea and the mountains. If you need it, you can ask for a beach umbrella and beach towels. The breakfasts are tasty, egg dishes such as omelettes and scrambled eggs are prepared to order, so they are warm and fresh. The strongest point of this hotel it’s owner, Luis. He is a unique person, extremely helpful, kind, attentive and caring about his guest. He can advise very well where to go trekking or cycling, where to go to eat, what beach and when it is less crowded, and even what day of the week will be best for a trip to Barcelona. And he makes the best Sangria in Tossa! :)

General atmosphere! The host and his wife are amazing people, helped us with everything and we felt really will cared! We got all recommendations for local food and attractions! If we could give more than 10/10 it would be definitely higher score!

Lluis and his family were the best hosts one could wish for. Made us feel welcome and part of the family from the minute we arrived. The location was perfect; in the old quarter of town close to everything but away from the maddening crowd. The view from the roof was nothing short of breathtaking and a lovely to spend the cool evening hours. Rooms were modest, clean and comfortable.
