“Even better than in the pictures!”
The house is magnificent. The garden is a small paradise. The location is dreamy and ideal to visit the nicest places. Giovanni is a master in hospitality and makes you feel at home instantly with his smile and Italian breakfast.

The owner Giovanni takes great care of his guests and tries to fulfil all their wishes. We were spoiled every morning with several cappuccinos with a wonderful view and picked up tips for activities and excursions. All recommendations, especially the restaurants, were great and in the end we had a very nice and relaxing holiday.

“Beautiful setting”
Very nice rooms with excellent facilities, especially our bed was very comfortable. Lots of storage space as well in the room as in the bathroom. Very nice roof terrace with lots of flower pots create a wonderful setting. Beautiful Patio and garden to excess from the room. Unfortunately, we could not sit out in the evening as there are lots of mosquitoes, so do bring deet!! Parking is possible in the garden, which is gated. Walkable distance to restaurants and the lake, but no shops close by.

Extremely nice property with very friendly and welcoming host. The garden is amazing and the rooms are furnished tastefully with everything you need. One of the highlights is breakfast with a great view on the lake!

Everything is perfect here. Amazing location, beautiful garden, beautiful room, beautiful view, a very good point for visiting eveything and the most important is the host, Giovanni who is very kind, helpful and dedicated!
