Alice & Heiko were incredibly welcoming from the time we arrived. They seemed to genuinely enjoy having guests and having authentic conversations. A pilot spa retreat, which is coming soon, is a fantastic idea and I will definitely consider future dates.

Very supporting host and we felt like we were at home. Alice was very helpful and found a way to accomodate our every request. She was wonderful.

Room was comfy and clean, also the garden was quite beautiful! The whole place is like an oasis in a town. Alice and her husband are the loveliest hosts ever, we had a very nice, relaxing stay. Looking forward to returning again.

Alice is the soul of this place-such a wonderful hostess. The garden is breathtakingly beautiful and the room small but cozy. Private parking is fantastic. I really loved this place.

“Staying was excellent”

Accomodation was excellent. Large room with a very comfortable bed and oldfashion renovated furniture. Bathroom is very nice with shower, hairdryer and other necessery facilities. Everything is very clean thanks to the house owners who cares about whole detail. The place is located in quiet part of Toscolano, nearby park and 700 m from the beach. Owners - Alice and her husband are very helpful, communicative and open. I'm very apreciacied for all advices received from them regarding restaurants and attractions located aroundthe Garda lake. What an unbelievably nice place!! Sonia is such a warm and customer oriented person, she did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The place is super nice and comfortable, quiet room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast with self-made cakes, croissants, ham, cheese, joghurt and much more. We would always go back to the Owls Nest. 😊

Mrs. Sonia is a nice, smiling and very helpful lady ❤️ The accommodation is absolutely magical, with a beautiful view of the mountains and complete silence. The breakfasts were excellent. If I could give 11, I would give 11. We will definitely return to her place in paradise.

Nestled close to the lake, it provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The surrounding area was picturesque, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of nature while still being conveniently located near local attractions and amenities. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Each morning, we were treated to a simple but delicious breakfast. The presence of private car parking was an added convenience that we truly valued. The spacious and romantic yard was a delightful surprise. Lastly, I must highlight the exceptional hospitality we experienced from the host. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for families, especially those with small children.
