“Fabulous flat, perfectly located, highly recommended!”
Location perfect, very close to the lake for walks morning and evening, quiet and safe. 5-minutes easy walk to Maderno town, with supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, ferry boats etc. Very light spacious flat, plenty of room for us to spread out, lots of wardrobe space and drawers. Everything we needed was there, cleaning products, kitchen/toilet rolls, plates, cups, cutlery, pans etc. Comfortable dining/seating area with tv, table, 4 chairs. Bathroom with shower and bidet, and washing machine. Balcony with table, 2 chairs and 2 deckchairs for sunbathing! And you could see the lake… Car parking space, electric gates opened with code, also door to apartment block, and door to flat. There are 12 wide stairs to the flat, it’s on the first floor, but also a tiny lift if you struggle with stairs or luggage. Sabrina, the owner, was good with communication, responding quickly to questions, thank you! WE LOVED IT! And will probably return next year.

“Convenient, pleasant stay”
We liked the location and the fact that the apartment had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Impeccable sheets. All very clean. Even consumables like dishwash powder, soaps were available and we were thankful for all.

Excellent location, comfortable space and properly equipped with everything you need - and with a very fair price! Sabrina and Ivan made sure that we feel at home with my Family, explained everything in detail, they gave us great recommendations and were always ready to help if we had questions. The vacation was smooth as butter on a warm knife! Grazie mille!
