I really enjoyed the evening meals and the way they are set up. Where you have a hot 3 course meal served to your table. That there were multiple options to choose from. That the table was set to your room and you got the same member of the waiting staff each night. The staff were lovely, special mention for Daniel our waiter. We enjoyed that there was a family pool and an adults only pool. The view of the lake was fantastic. We had a relaxed stay and enjoyable time at the hotel.

The staff were polite and helpful, some spoke basic English which helped a lot. The family room was big and comfortable, also the room was clean. Lovely breakfast every morning.

We didn't like a lot! Breakfast was okay. I had a nice pistachio cannoli. The location cannot be beaten, Lake Garda is stunning, and I think they rely on that - plus the fact everywhere is a drive away down a mountain - to get you to pay hidden costs and eat bad food without complaint. We left after one night, and I don't regret it.

Breakfast mostly sweet and the same every day. Very small room with a musty smell. At check out, although they received the billing details and email, the Reception did not issue the invoice until after 6 days of phone calls and emails - unserious. You do not have enough parking spaces! 3 star hotel at most.

It is next to the lake and provides a beautiful view but does not have access to lake parts/beach.

The view from the room was stunning. Pool was beautiful and had unlimited gelato, drinks at the bar and such. Aperitivo (afternoon snack) was also great. Huge Breakfast.
