The clean swimming pools and sun loungers for relaxation, the availability of bicycles for exploring the area, free drinks (coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and more), the close proximity to the city center and the beach, and the free parking, beautiful olive grove. Very nice option to pay for the booking on-site. The staff very polite and friendly. Pet-friendly attitude.

The room was very clean, we had everything we needed prepared and it was very comfortable. They also turned on the air conditioning before our arrival so the room was fresh. The staff did an amazing job and was super nice ! Great ambiance in the hotel and great location. The view from our room and terrace was so beautiful too. I highly recommend! Grazie mille!

Luca and team, thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We loved the hotel, just a short walk to the Lake with beautiful views from the hotel, complimentary coffee station available for guests, beautiful gardens, swimming pools and the rooms were perfect. We had an amazing time, and the hotel has a lovely chilled vibe.

The hotel is very well located in Maderno at a very quiet street. It offers well equipped rooms with a terrace and a refrigerator.The staff is very friendly and the parking Place oäis very close to the hotel. It has a Swimmingpool and enough place to relax in the garden. The garden is beautiful and there are a lot öf flowers and olive trees. You can reach the Garda Lake after a 5 minutes walk.

Great hotel with comfortable beds. The pool and grounds are excellently maintained and there is enough equipment to make yourself a meal. It is so peaceful and beautiful! Well worth the trip

A great location in Toscolano Maderno, in the town and only 10 minutes from the beaches. Lovely rooms with great views and much more spacious than I was expecting. Loved the free coffee and tea in the dining area, which has lots of space for relaxing and preparing basic food. Loved the pool too. Was very impressed with the quality at a really great price

“A little piece of heaven”

The location is like a little piece of heaven, it has olive trees, a nice garden, pool, nice balconies to enjoy a snack and an ample parking. The staff is super helpful and they supported us with getting back something which we forgot in the room, so also very trustworthy.

We liked the location,size of room and amenities in it .staff/owners were very friendly and extremely helpful with a parking issue as we took a wrong turn and came up an extremely narrow lane on a one way system they came out to reroute us to their fantastic parking lot adjacent to the hotel. Being Irish and not speaking Italian was not a problem as almost everyone in the area spoke both languages luckily for us. This really is the most amazing peaceful beautiful safe place to stay in Maderno and we fully recommend it to everyone.

We had a nice stay, good parking, clean room, a comfortable space to have some coffee or breakfast outside or inside.
